How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?
Every 3–4 months for general servicing. Chemical wash once a year. Heavy usage or dusty environments may require more frequent service.
What's the difference between chemical wash and chemical overhaul?
Chemical wash cleans the unit while mounted. Chemical overhaul involves full dismantling, deep cleaning every component, and reassembly — recommended every 1.5–2 years.
Aircon not cold — is it low gas?
Often yes. R410A or R32 gas top-up costs $80–$150. If the system has a leak, gas will escape again — the leak must be fixed first.
Do you service all brands — Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic?

Why is my aircon leaking water?
